Trans PULSE COVID Data Dashboard
In September – October 2020, the Trans PULSE Canada study team conducted the COVID Cohort to assess the social, economic, and health impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on trans and non-binary people in Canada. We reached out to 1184 Trans PULSE Canada participants who consented to be contacted for future research, and 820 completed the COVID survey. Eligible participants were 14 or older (in 2019), lived in Canada, and identified as a gender other than what was assigned at birth.
Our dashboard serves as an easy, interactive tool for community members and researchers to explore key findings from the COVID survey, and to break down the results by one or more socio-demographic characteristics. The proportions in the dashboard are weighted to represent the 2019 Trans PULSE Canada sample. To protect the privacy of study participants, some categories are grouped, and data are suppressed if cell counts are <8. For reference, demographic characteristics of the sample are available here. You can view published COVID Cohort reports here, and refer to the COVID questionnaire. For optimized viewing, it is recommended to view the dashboard on a desktop computer.
Please note that this data dashboard is only available in English. Veuillez noter que ce tableau de bord de données n’est disponible qu’en anglais.
